If there are issues with the Lobby/Restroom speakers, or any speaker that plays the RockBot Radio, it may be a result of Wireless Interference.


The Sonos One SL speakers are sensitive to Wireless Interference due to the recent firmware updates that have been pushed out (03/17/25). 


This can be remediated by changing the WiFi Channel of the Sonos Devices.

  1. Open the Sonos Mobile App
  2. Navigate to Settings (Gear Icon) > System > Network > SonosNet Channel.
  3.  Change the wireless channel: Select a different channel (1, 6, or 11)
