Cultivation/Nursery Teams use a TSC TTP 247 Printer to print their horticultural/nursery tags. Occasionally, the printer will reset itself and default to factory settings. In order to resolve the issue, you'll need to recalibrate for Bline Calibration, as recommended by TSC Printers.

This is due to the type of pot stakes we use for our nursery tags here at 710/ASV

To calibrate for Bline Calibration, please use the following steps:

1. Turn the power switch off. Press and hold the "FEED" button, and then flip the power switch back on. Continue holding the “FEED” button until the LED light starts blinking Red. Once the LED light starts blinking Red, release the "FEED" button

2. Next, you’ll need to test the printer. Turn the power off again. Press and hold the "FEED" button, and then flip the power switch back on. Continue holding the “FEED” button until the LED light starts blinking Orange. Once the LED light starts blinking Orange, release the "FEED" button.

3. Next we'll initialize the printer. Turn the power off again. Press and hold the "FEED" button, and then flip the power switch back on. Continue holding the “FEED” button until the LED light starts blinking Green. Once the LED light starts blinking Green, release the "FEED" button.

4. This step is the most important in calibration. Turn the power off again. Press and hold the "FEED" button, and then flip the power switch back on. Continue holding the “FEED” button until the LED light starts blinking Green/Orange. Once the LED light starts blinking Green/Orange, release the "FEED" button.

5. Run a test print through the TSC Printer to ensure the prints are now printing correctly, and are aligned properly.

Below is a visual chart describing the purpose of each calibration step, and the different types of calibration.
